Guarantee

Clinch Mountain Communications guarantees our work.  If a website or service we provide breaks or fails to perform due to our mistake, we will fix it for you at no cost.

However, we do not assume any liability for missed sales or other purported damages that may result from a service outage.

Refund Policy

We offer 100% refunds on hosting contracts, only if you have not yet used any portion of the service provided.

If you have already paid for hosting or domain registration for a given time period, after that time period has begun you have begun using the service, and therefore are not eligible for a refund if you decide you don't want to have a website anymore, or if you move to another provider.

For example, if you pay for 2nd quarter hosting (April - June), and then decide you want to cancel your service on April 3rd, you are not eligible for a refund for 2nd Quarter because the quarter has already started.

We do not offer refunds for website design contracts unless we have not yet begun work on your contract.  Website design is time and labor intensive, and includes production costs for certificates, stock photos, illustrations and software license fees.

If we spend six weeks working on your site, and then you decide you don't want it after all; please do not ask us to refund your deposit; because we've already done a substantial portion of the work.

For domain registrations and SSL certificates we do not offer refunds, because we have to pay the registrar the full cost for the entire registered period at the time the domain is registered.
